Representative Millett rose to a point of order.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker cautioned members to confine remarks to the                                                                         
amendment.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Stutes withdrew the objection.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler objected and withdrew the objection.  There
